Electrical/electronic tapes are used for and around electronic components. They are used for binding electric cables, insulating electronic components, masking for heat resistance and so on. These products use polyimide, UHMW-PE, polyester, glass cloth, acetate and so on as backing materials, together with silicone or acrylic adhesives.
